She is a theologian, writer and university lecturer at the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina and St. Thomas University in the USA. She is among CELAM's consultants for political and labour issues and among the international specialists of the International Labour Organisation (ILO). Since July 2021 he has been Secretary of the Pontifical Commission for Latin America.
